First — who should just use My Personal Recruiter?
If you want one team covering everything — recruiter, resume writer, certified career coach and a customer success manager — MPR bundles all four into every tier, with live coaching hours on the upper tiers. Careerify doesn’t offer live coaching at all: our Elite plan includes a resume rewrite and Executive adds LinkedIn, but coaching is simply not our product. Their Terms also publish a job-offer-linked guarantee — an outcome-flavoured promise we deliberately don’t make, because hiring decisions aren’t ours to control. And the tooltip configured in their pricing table describes recruiters working Monday to Friday, 9–5 ET, which suits people who want a US-hours working rhythm with scheduled calls. If that service depth matters more to you than price transparency, MPR is a reasonable choice — go in with the fine print below in hand.
Check their pricing page yourself before you compare
Here is exactly what we verified, so you can repeat it. On 10 August 2026, MPR’s pricing page rendered no prices in two separate browsers. The page’s “Choose Your Subscription” section sits empty because the third-party script that draws their pricing table isn’t loaded by the page — we confirmed the script’s own server was reachable from the same browsers, so the gap is on their site, not our connection.
Meanwhile their homepage states “Standard ($2,000/month), Premier ($3,500/month), and Elite ($4,500/month)” — and links to that same pricing page for details. We can’t tell you which set of numbers you’d actually be charged, and we’d rather say that plainly than repeat a figure their own site doesn’t display. Before you sign anywhere — including with us — get the price in writing first.
Read their guarantee in the Terms, not the banner
MPR’s pricing page banner describes the guarantee as open-ended service continuation if you don’t secure a job offer within six months of active participation. Their binding Terms & Conditions define the remedy more narrowly: “you will be eligible to receive three (3) months of free services at the highest tier you were subscribed to during that period, excluding the Premium tier.” Three months, not open-ended — and the “excluding the Premium tier” clause is genuinely ambiguous about what top-tier subscribers get. Qualifying also requires six months of good standing, attending scheduled sessions, following recommendations, reporting interviews within five business days, and claiming within 30 days after the six-month window ends.
Three more Terms passages worth knowing before you commit: coaching hours “do not accumulate and expire at the end of each billing cycle” (Careerify’s recruiter hours roll over while you’re subscribed — it’s the core of how our plans work); refunds must be requested within 24 hours of payment and approval is at their discretion; and billing auto-renews until you cancel. None of this is hidden — it’s all in their published Terms — but the banner version and the binding version are not the same promise.

And our guarantee is deliberately an activity promise, not an offer-linked one — if an outcome-flavoured guarantee is what you want in writing, theirs goes further than ours.
