Description of Services

Careerify provides reverse recruiting services, where we assign dedicated recruiters to search for job opportunities and submit applications on your behalf. Our service is designed to save you time and increase your chances of landing interviews.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your qualifications and work history
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Promptly respond to interview requests and communications from potential employers
Notify us of any changes to your job search preferences or availability
Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Subscription and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis:

New users receive 2 hours of free reverse recruiting upon sign-up
Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Unused recruiting hours do not roll over to the next billing period

No Employment Guarantee

While we strive to maximize your chances of landing interviews and job offers, Careerify does not guarantee employment outcomes. Our recruiters will work diligently on your behalf, but hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Careerify platform are owned by Careerify and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal content you provide, but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

Careerify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to our service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
