What we guarantee
For eligible paid subscribers, Careerify will submit at least the number of tailored job applications listed for your plan during your first 30 days of paid service. If we don't, we'll add one additional month of your plan at no charge — a service credit, not a cash refund.

What this guarantee is not
Careerify does not guarantee that you will receive a job, an interview, an employer response, or any other outcome. Hiring results depend on factors outside our control — your experience and qualifications, your resume and interview performance, your target roles, and employer decisions. This guarantee covers only the volume of applications we submit on your behalf.
Definitions
- Tailored application — an application your recruiter submits to a specific open role on your behalf, using your provided materials.
- First 30 paid days — the 30 calendar days beginning when your first paid billing cycle starts (after any free trial).
Eligibility — your part of the deal
The guarantee applies only if, throughout your first 30 paid days, you:
- Maintain an active paid subscription (past the free trial);
- Complete onboarding and have an interview-ready resume on file (yours, or one produced via our resume service) within 3 business days of starting;
- Approve a realistic set of target roles and locations with your recruiter that reasonably match your background (we'll flag targets we can't responsibly apply to);
- Respond to your recruiter within 2 business days whenever input or a decision is needed; and
- Don't pause your search or materially restrict your approved targets mid-cycle.
Exclusions
This guarantee doesn't apply where the eligibility conditions above aren't met, or to add-ons (resume/LinkedIn rewrites, top-ups, Flex hours). One guarantee claim per customer. We may decline to apply to roles that require credentials, authorizations, or qualifications you don't hold, or that fall outside your approved targets; those aren't counted against the guarantee.
Changes
Careerify may update or discontinue this guarantee for future subscribers; the terms in effect when you subscribed apply to your first paid cycle.

Check your count
Every application your recruiter submits is logged in your dashboard. If we submitted fewer than your plan's guaranteed number by the end of your first 30 paid days, you can claim.
Email us within 14 days
Send a note to support@careerify.io within 14 days of the end of your first 30 paid days.
We verify and credit your account
We'll verify against your account and, if the guarantee applies, apply your free month to the next cycle. Your search keeps moving while we make it right.
