Pick a plan and start a 5-day trial. A card is required at checkout, but you pay $0 today — and if you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged. During the trial your recruiter does real work with your plan's included trial hours — 2 on Starter and Pro, 3 on Elite, 4 on Executive — so you see real applications before you commit.

A recruiter hour is dedicated time your reverse recruiter spends on your search: sourcing matching roles, tailoring and submitting applications, logging everything to your dashboard, and coordinating in chat. One recruiter hour ≈ five tailored, human-submitted applications, and unused hours roll over for as long as you're subscribed — they never reset at the end of a month.

Quarterly saves 15% versus paying month to month. You're billed once every 3 months, and the full quarter of recruiter hours is granted upfront so your recruiter can plan and front-load work instead of waiting for monthly resets.

Yes. If you run through your plan's hours, add an Hour top-up — $75 per 5 recruiter hours, on any active plan. Top-up hours stack on your monthly allotment and roll over while you're subscribed, so you can push volume in a busy month without changing your plan. (Flex hours are separate — a no-subscription option for one-off recruiter time when you don't have a monthly plan.)

Anytime. Upgrade and the change applies immediately with prorated billing; downgrade and it takes effect at your next renewal. You can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like — there's no long-term contract on self-serve plans.

Every paid plan is backed by our Application Delivery Guarantee: if we don't submit at least your plan's guaranteed number of applications out of your first month's recruiter hours, you get a month free — credited to your next unbilled billing cycle. Refunds are limited and reviewed case by case — generally only for duplicate charges or billing errors, or when no recruiter hours have been used in the current billing cycle and you request one within 7 days of the charge. Once recruiting hours have been used, refunds generally aren't available, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing — and cancelling during the trial means you're never charged.
