Once submitted, that information is subject to the recipient's own privacy practices.
- With our recruiters: Your dedicated recruiter and supporting Careerify staff access your profile to deliver the Service.
- With service providers: We use trusted third-party vendors for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- In connection with a business transaction: If Careerify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.
