• With employers and job platforms: When you authorize Careerify to apply on your behalf, your resume, cover letter, and relevant application details are submitted to the employers and job platforms you have targeted. Once submitted, that information is subject to the recipient's own privacy practices.
• With our recruiters: Your dedicated recruiter and supporting Careerify staff access your profile to deliver the Service.
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party vendors for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• In connection with a business transaction: If Careerify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.
