These terms apply to the Careerify referral program and sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Taking part in the program means you agree to what is below.
1. Who Can Refer
You need an active paid Careerify subscription. Referral links are generated once your first payment has gone through — customers on a free trial do not have one yet, because no payment has been made.
2. The Reward
You receive 10 recruiter hours for each person who signs up through your link and starts a paid plan. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
The person you refer does not receive a discount or bonus for using your link. They pay standard published pricing.
Referral hours have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or refunded.
3. When Hours Are Credited
Hours are added to your balance as soon as the person you referred makes their first successful payment. Signing up, starting a free trial, or entering card details is not enough on its own — the payment has to clear.
If that payment is later refunded or reversed, we may remove the corresponding referral hours from your balance.
4. How Referral Hours Behave
Referral hours are used the same way as plan hours, and they count toward the same single balance shown in your dashboard.
5. One Referral Per Person
Each new customer can be referred once. If someone arrives through more than one link, the first one recorded applies. You cannot refer yourself, and you cannot be referred by someone you referred.
6. Sharing Your Link
Share your link personally — with people you actually know who are looking for work. When you share it, be upfront that you will receive free hours if they sign up.
Please do not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or text messages
- Post your link on coupon, deal, or discount-code sites
- Run paid advertising using Careerify's name or trademarks
- Pose as Careerify or imply you speak on our behalf
- Create additional accounts to refer yourself
7. Withdrawal and Abuse
We may withhold or remove referral hours, and remove someone from the program, where a referral appears to be fraudulent, self-referred, or made through the practices listed above. Where the situation is unclear we will contact you before acting.
8. Changes to the Program
We may change the reward, the conditions, or end the program at any time. Any change applies going forward only — referral hours already credited to your account are unaffected.
